New United nation chief Antonio Guterres said he want to meet United States president elect Donald Trump too soon
to determine to establish a constructive dialogue with the new US administration.
Guterres former Portuguese prime minister sworn as UN secretary general, taking over the out going Ban Ki-moon on December 12 2016. He met with Russia President Vladmir Putin last Month. He said he hope to have the same outcome with the United States President.
