Turkey authority believe that US based Islamic preacher Fethullah Gulen linked to killing of Russian ambassador to Turkey Andrei Karlov.
Karlov killed with Turkish policeman Mevlut Mert Altintas 22 yrs old who pumped 9 bullets into Karlov at an an art gallery in Ankara.
The Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu told United States that Ankara believe Gulen was involved in a killing.
But Russia said not to hurry in pronouncement on responsibility.
"In this case it is hardly worth hurrying to any conclusions until the investigation determines," said Kremlin spokesman.
