IS claims German second attack that of Ansbach on Sunday after Syrian suicide

 bomber who set a bomb and

 brew himself near

 Ansbach music festival

had made a video shows allegiance to the Islamic State group, the video

was found in his mobile phone,

 said Bavarian state interior minister

The 27 years old set off a bomb in his rucksack that

 killing himself and left 

15 wounded. 

IS said later that the 27 years old was Islamic State soldier.
