Brazil arrests ten planning terror attack during Rio Olympics

Brazilian police have arrests ten people who believed to be members of an "amateur" would be a group that expressed loyalty to the

 Islamic State.

The group said it was prepared the attacks during Rio Olympics. 

The Brazilian Justice minister Alexandre de Moraes said 

the group is of 

Brazilians nationals as "an absolutely amateur cell and disorganized,

 and there was no specific target"

The plotters were arrested 

across ten different sites in the 

vast country and had been in contact via messaging services

 WhatsApp and Telegram.
