UK leaves EU with 51.9% final votes

UK has won the referendum to leave EU by 52%  (17,410,742) against 48% (16,141,241).

The leave won the majority votes in England and Wales but Scotland majority stacks on remain votes in its councils.

The electorate was 46,501,241, the turnout was 72.2 percent, and rejected ballots was 26,033.
