Moscow plans sending special force to fight IS

Russia plans to deploy special operation forces on ground in Syria as a move that might lead into a decisive victory. But Russia president Vladmir Putin didn't mentioned ground operation plans
since Russia intervened Syria conflicts eight months a go.

Former Russia foreign deputy minister Andrei Fyorov said the ground operation discussion is under plans. President Putin reportedly talks to Russia's military commanders over possible deployment of combat troops.  Fyodorov added that the issue is very delicate for Russian military, there's doubt that the Russia ground operation would be supportive or may complicate the negotiations and led to disagreements with US.
