Germany, Italy and France wants a new impulse for the EU

The EU's three alarmed that UK must first take the plunge of invoking Article 50 to exit before any negotiation

on it's future ties with the bloc. 

Both three agreed that there will be no informal or formal talks on the exit matters until an application filed to leave European Union. 

The French President Francois Hollande urged Britain to not wasting time in triggering the process to leave the EU, 

said that it is was to all parties benefit to move forward quickly.
